The journey so far
From dropping out of university to building UNILAD and LADbible, Alex’s story is proof that ADHD minds break moulds, but also make mistakes. He’s faced burnout, battled mental health struggles, and learned the hard way that success doesn’t silence self-doubt. At 34, his ADHD diagnosis made sense of a lifetime of restless curiosity and unseen challenges. Now, he shares it all, raw and unfiltered, to challenge stereotypes, confront injustice, and prove that brilliantly different minds can change the world.

Alex always felt different. At school, someone told him 'You could be one of the cool kids if you were't so weird'

I got kicked out of university

But when I stopped trying to 'fit in' and started to live my life in line with how my brain works.

I climbed mount Everest

I talk on stages all over the world

I wrote a best-selling book

My podcast, ADHD Chatter, wins podcast of the year award

The moment I stopped trying to be 'normal' is the moment I started to thrive. I love my ADHD. I wouldn't swap it for anything.
